About the team :
You will be a part of a current team of product owners, business analysts, project managers, and UI / UX designers, all working with the development, QA, support, service delivery, and other teams to deliver a stellar customer experience across multiple touch points. The immediate focus of this position will be with Salesforce Service Cloud and related workflows and systems.
Responsibilities
* Setting up the product vision: You’ll help define the long-term strategic direction for the Keysight Support Portal, to provide a modern, intuitive customer experience, taking into consideration new AI technologies and new experiences.
* Curating and managing the product backlog: You’ll define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring the development team focuses on valuable functionality.
* Providing acceptance criteria: You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define clear criteria for feature completion and quality.
* Managing stakeholders: You’ll engage with business stakeholders, customers, as well as the support and delivery team to align product strategy and drive execution.
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
* At least 3 years’ experience with Service Cloud, IVR / IVA phone and chat systems, and eLearning LMS technical content delivery systems (such as Skilljar, Docebo, etc.).
* Previous experience with AI based solutions such as Coveo is highly desired.
* Product Management Expertise: Being able to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategy and features.
* Strategic Vision: As a Product Owner, you’ll define the long-term vision for the product. This involves considering future trends, technological advancements (such as AI integration).
