These technologies are central to many production processes.For our Separation & Flow Technologies Division, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer – Dairy & Beverage Solutions.Tasks:
Meet order intake and sales annual expectations related to Dairy and Beverage applications.Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margins according to defined targets.Maintain existing customers and expand GEA Westfalia Separator's market share with new customers for Dairy and Beverage applications.Support the Head of Sales in defining sales strategies for the Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine markets.Assist the Head of Marketing in defining marketing strategies for these markets.Manage, control, and report the entire offer project management process:
contact customers, define scope with customers and Business Line, conduct commercial discussions, and support project execution.Prospect and collaborate with external partners.Manage customer relationships.Support product development projects.Support Service Sales Business.Assist the Financial Department with customers who are behind on payments.Your Profile / QualificationsUniversity Degree in Engineering.Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar roles.Knowledge of modern sales processes, organization methods, and tools (e.G., ordering, pricing, CRM).Proven negotiation and contracting skills with customers.Understanding of corporate finance.Proficient in English.Deep understanding of business with a focus on customer needs and fulfillment of expectations.Open-minded, solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.Team player, good networker, and negotiator.Excellent communication skills and strong sales abilities.Strong customer orientation with the ability to engage at different levels.Availability to travel.We offer:
