We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Specialist to support our operational excellence and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and professional customer support via Email and Live Chat (Crisp).
* Collaborate with the back-office team to manage the full lifecycle of new orders using Airtable.
* Serve as the primary communication liaison between our customers and partner brands to ensure clarity and transparency.
* Assist in managing daily operations to drive efficiency and support team objectives.

Qualifications:
* Languages:
Native or fluent proficiency in German and professional working proficiency in English (C1) are mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
* Location:
Must be based in any European country and fully equipped for remote work.
* Experience:
Proven experience in customer support, sales operations, or a similar role. Proficiency with business tools like Airtable is highly desirable.
