The Role: Join our European team as a Business Development Associate to contribute to expanding our Development and Commercial Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Manufacturing Services within the Pharma Services Group. This role offers a chance to positively impact the world by empowering our customers to create a healthier, cleaner, and safer environment.
What Will You Do?
* Research, identify, and qualify pharmaceutical and biotech companies within your territory for fit with PSG services.
* Engage potential clients with targeted messages about PSG and our value proposition.
* Coordinate the establishment of Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs) with new clients and PSG.
* Collaborate with the Business Development Executive (BDE) to gather information for proposals in SalesForce.
* Utilize business intelligence platforms and digital tools to find and develop new opportunities.
* Communicate project requirements to facilitate evaluation and proposal development.
* Maintain accurate and current activities in the client database for your territory.
Requirements
* Technical background in Chemistry or a related field is helpful.
* At least one year of experience in Life Sciences, preferably in pharma or biotech industries, including business development or CDMO exposure.
* Experience selling CDMO services is advantageous but not required.
* Strong prospecting skills and an interest in sales.
* Highly driven and self-motivated.
* Experience with CRM platforms like SalesForce is preferred.
* Excellent command of English.
* Valid driving license.
