At Gi Group, we are recruiting a Customer Service Admin Nordics to join the team at Agilent Technologies, a leading company in the scientific technology sector. We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience and an advanced level in one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), along with fluent English. Main responsibilities:
* Handling inquiries and providing customer service to clients in the Nordic region, ensuring satisfaction and proper resolution of requests.
* Following up and managing orders, incidents, and administrative documentation.
* Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth service operations.
* Supporting the sales area and providing administrative assistance.
* Maintaining data and records in the system according to established procedures.
Requirements:
* Education in administration, business, or related fields.
* Previous experience in customer service or administration, ideally in international environments.
* Advanced level in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Strong communication skills, customer focus, and problem‐solving abilities.
* Good command of IT tools and management systems.
* Previous experience in the technology sector will be positively valued.
