We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us as a Services Business Development Manager in Spain within our Advanced Solutions (AS) business unit. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of TD SYNNEX-delivered services through our extensive partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include driving adoption, integration, and revenue growth of our complex services portfolio, which encompasses Support & Managed Services, Professional Services, and Supply Chain / Integration Solutions. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and strategic influence.
The IT services market is in high growth, driven by increasing demand for business outcomes where products and services together solve IT challenges to deliver business results and value.
To effectively capture this opportunity and expand market share, TD SYNNEX invests in highly specialized talent with deep expertise in both technology and solution selling. These resources are critical for articulating the business value of services and helping partners move beyond transactional sales toward outcome-focused, solution-led engagements. This shift enables TD SYNNEX to unlock new revenue streams, deepen partner relationships, and position itself as a trusted, strategic services provider in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading commercial negotiations and contracting, collaborating with legal, finance, and delivery teams to define win-win service agreements supporting long-term relationships and profitable growth.
* Prioritizing outreach to high-potential resellers using insights from sales analytics and account team input based on readiness, market opportunity, and past performance.
* Gathering and leveraging intelligence on reseller organizations and key contacts to tailor outreach and messaging.
* Leading reseller engagement efforts, scheduling meetings, and delivering compelling, needs-based service value propositions.
* Driving partner activation and acceleration by working with resellers to identify service opportunities, co-create go-to-market plans, and embed TD SYNNEX-delivered services into their offerings.
* Ensuring follow-through from signed agreements to actual service transactions by coordinating with internal account managers.
* Engaging service specialists for scoping, resource planning, and positioning advanced service offerings.
* Tracking performance against key metrics such as meetings, contracts, and revenue growth.
* Developing and executing a regional and vertical-specific services growth strategy aimed at increasing service attach rates, recurring revenue, and partner engagement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
* Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's preferred.
* Strong understanding of IT services and solution selling, with proven success in attach or upsell initiatives.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify opportunities and shape strategies.
* Strong influencing skills to align stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
* Ability to build and sustain strategic external relationships.
* High commercial acumen and results-oriented sales approach.
* Experience in solution selling.
