Barrington James is partnered growing consulting firm who are seeking a Senior Consultant to work across the Commercial sector in a hybrid model with an office in Madrid and client site visits.Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery workstreams within large transformation programmes- Manage client stakeholders and support senior leadership engagement- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development- Support capability building within the Life Sciences practice- Drive project execution across strategy, operating model design, change, and implementation initiativesExperience & Skills Required- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management consulting- Proven experience delivering strategic commercial projects in Life Sciences- Experience leading workstreams independently within large programmes- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills- Proven experience supporting business development
