We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Security Engineer to join our Cloud Protection Cybersecurity team, specifically working with our central service based on Wiz, a leading Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP). This role requires availability for on-call duty shifts and demands advanced expertise in at least one major cloud provider. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and have a passion for delivering exceptional technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level technical support for the cloud protection cybersecurity service, which includes troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to the service - Availability for on-call duty during evenings, nights, and weekends. - Design and implement security solutions to protect cloud-based applications and services. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines to automate security processes and enforce security policies. - Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of security-related issues. - Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives within the organization to enhance overall cloud security posture.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field - 2+ years of experience in cloud security engineering or related field - Commitment to fulfilling in on-call rotations for 24x7 support. - In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices (e.G., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS). - Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.G., Python, PowerShell) to streamline security processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred:
