Descripción del empleo
- Support the HR department with day-to-day admin tasks
- Update and archive employees records and documentation
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries about HR topics according to internal policy/procedures
- Participate in implementing HR projects and analysis in compliance with local legislation.
- Post, update and remove job ads via Somfy SmartRecruiters platform
- Support HR team with onboarding and distribution of company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Collaborate in various projects to improve employee experience & engagement
- Help on Health & Safety local and group procedures
**Requisitos**:
- Studies in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Valid working permit for Spain
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Experience with MS Office
- Familiar with HRIS tool is a plus
