We are looking for a Jr. Business Developmnet for Partnerships to strengthen relationships and expand business in Spain and Portugal. Based in our Madrid office, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence and revenue in the region.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow partnerships with key retailers and partners in Spain and Portugal.
* Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and new opportunities.
* Handle commercial requests with a win-win approach, ensuring smooth internal communication.
* Keep partners engaged through frequent communication, meetings, and business reviews.
* Identify and onboard new strategic partners, especially in the Portuguese market.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to align on business needs.
🔹 Requirements:
* Fluent Spanish (native), Portuguese, and English (spoken & written).
* 3 years of experience in B2B business development or account management.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a natural ability to maintain and grow business relationships.
