Gestionar los expedientes de responsabilidad civil con lesiones conforme a los procesos típicos de gestión de siniestros en aseguradoras. Realizar el seguimiento de la evolución del lesionado mediante la red de médicos.
Alcanzar acuerdos indemnizatorios con terceras partes (abogados, aseguradoras y/o perjudicados).
Realizar seguimiento de la tramitación de las actuaciones judiciales y consensuar la decisión de la dirección jurídica del siniestro.
Funciones:
- Mantenimiento de las reservas del expediente
- Proceso de movimientos económicos (pagos y recobros) hasta los límites autorizados
- Gestión de documental del expediente
- Interlocución con abogados
- Interlocución con médicos
- Interlocución convenios Asistencia Sanitaria.
- Control de plazos de prescripción y/o caducidad de acciones y/o procedimientos
- Asistencia a la auditoría interna
- Revisión para el cierre de expedientes
- Control de agenda de tramitación
