Your Impact
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for top-tier clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure delivery excellence.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and seniority levels.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation.
- Manage financial performance end-to-end, including budget planning, cost control, and corrective actions when needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in consulting with experience in the responsibilities mentioned above.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe).
- Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, MS Project; Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow is valuable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
