Your Impact
As a Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of several projects with complex digital transformation initiatives for top-tier clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead programs offering and End to End solution to clients,
supervising delivery, scope, budget, quality, and timelines
- Manage a team of several project managers collaborating in multicultural and international teams
- Drive
stakeholder engagement
across diverse teams and seniority levels (up to CxO level)
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies,
ensuring proactive mitigation
- Manage
financial of +7M€
including budget planning, cost control, and corrective actions when needed
- Apply
Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
methodologies to ensure delivery excellence
- Foster a
culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience
in
program management
, preferably in consulting
- Proven track record of delivering
complex projects
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher) is a must
- Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
- Certifications such as
PMP or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
- Knowledge in
Jira, Confluence, MS Project;
Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of the Salesforce or S4/Hana environment from integration, testing, and migration
- Proactive, organized, and able work autonomously remotely in dynamic environments with distributed teams
