Develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy across sales, marketing, & customer successOwn and optimize the full customer lifecycle:
acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansionLead and grow the go-to-market teams with a data-driven and empowering leadership styleIdentify and build strategic partnerships to expand Stealth's global reachAnalyze revenue KPIs and make actionable decisions to improve performanceCollaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Support) to align revenue with product valueCoordinate the Revenue Team consisting of 3 members in Marketing and 2 in SalesRequirements
A proven revenue leader with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / eCommerce & leadership experienceExperienced in leading and scaling revenue teams (sales, marketing, customer success)Hands-on and strategic:
you enjoy working on the big picture but are not afraid to get into the weedsData-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to customersStrong communicator who thrives in a transparent remote-first, asynchronous cultureBonus
Experience with tax tech, eCommerce platforms, or international marketsBenefits
