This role is all about ensuring our people operations run smoothly—from bowning onboarding and contracts /b to managing day-to-day HR administration, compliance, and benefits. /ppYou’ll also work closely with ba diverse group of executives and leaders /b—each with their own priorities, personalities, and ways of working. The ability to bmanage relationships, build trust, and handle high expectations /b in a positive, solutions-focused way will be key to your success. /ppExperience with bemployer branding /b or bHRBP-style work /b is a plus, but not required—you’ll have room to grow into those areas if you’re interested. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pullibOwn the onboarding process /b from offer acceptance to day one—ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for new hires. /liliManage bemployment contracts /b and ensure compliance with local labour laws. /liliHandle bHR administration /b (employee records, leave tracking, policy updates). /lilibCollaborate with the Recruitment Lead /b to ensure a seamless handover from hiring to onboarding. /liliPartner with executives and managers to bunderstand needs and priorities /b, balancing multiple viewpoints with tact and professionalism. /lilibOwn the design, management, and improvement of employee benefits /b to keep them competitive and aligned with our culture. /liliSupport managers and employees with bday-to-day HR queries /b. /liliCollaborate with leadership on process improvements to make HR more efficient. /lili(Optional growth area) Contribute to bemployer branding /b initiatives and People Culture projects. /lili(Optional growth area) Act as a bHR Business Partner /b for selected teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulli3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally in a btech startup or fast-paced environment /b. /liliProven ability to manage bonboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR administration /b. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with bsenior leaders with high standards /b and a variety of working styles. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to adapt your approach depending on the audience. /liliStrong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. /liliComfortable navigating a bdynamic, changing environment /b. /lili(Nice to have) Experience with employer branding or HRBP responsibilities. /li /ul
