Role Responsibilities :
* Coordinate and manage human resources and the team of one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with procedures and standards.
* Ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing operation promoting a lean manufacturing culture, teamwork and continuous improvement to meet daily goals, monthly and annual safety, deliveries and cost.
Minimum Qualifications :
* Bachelor ́s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, chemical or related engineering.
* 3 to 5 years as production supervisor.
* Knowledge of industrial safety tools and standards.
* Knowledge of personnel incident control (ERP personnel administration).
* Lean manufacturing : 5S, knowledge and shedding of seedling, GEMBA, Scaling process, Kaisen.
* Tools for production control and measurement (OEE, hour per hour, andon system).
* Experience using problem solving tools, A3, Ishikawa, why-why, etc.
* Knowledge and management of standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
* Management of KPIs in the area, production control, scrap, WIP control.
* Knowledge of tools for quality management (Scrap, PPM).
Preferred Qualifications :
* Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated.
