Overview
Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions : a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.
We are looking for a Sales Enablement and Channel Comunications Specialist to join our team and provide support to HP Site Print division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).
About the role:
This role sits at the heart of HP Site Print’s Go-To-Market organization. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global training, communications, and enablement programs for channel partners and internal sales teams.
You will work cross-functionally with central GTM teams, regional stakeholders, external agencies, and event partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of content, training, and communications worldwide.

Project length: 1 year extendable
Training Management & Content Readiness
Define, maintain, and communicate the training readiness plan, including topics, formats, timelines, and delivery channels.
Lead end-to-end project management of training and content initiatives, coordinating owners, deadlines, and approvals.
Align training plans with the Category Team and Regional GTM Teams .
Track partner certification progress on a weekly basis and manage certification communications and invitations.
Drive continuous improvements in the HP SitePrint Sales Academy and Certification programs .
Ensure all certification materials are up to date, properly versioned, documented, and aligned with the latest SitePrint messaging and releases.
Brief, coordinate, and manage external agencies, including proposal review, feedback, and validation of final deliverables.
Own the full lifecycle of SitePrint Monthly Webinars, including:
Platform setup (hosts, panelists, recordings)
Surveys and polls configuration
Internal placeholders and external invitations
Design and manage webinar invitations and communications.
Monitor registrations and attendance.
Upload recordings and presentations to HP SitePrint Cloud and SharePoint .
Collect feedback after each session and apply continuous improvements.
Channel Marketing & Communications
Plan and execute partner e-Newsletters to communicate key updates, programs, and content.
Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) budget and support global activities when required.
Plan and execute channel events in collaboration with regional sales teams.
Own communications, training, and event execution for the SitePrint Service Providers Program .
Ensure all assets and communications are:
Aligned with the overall SitePrint GTM strategy
Consistent and up to date across all regions
Provide operational support for SitePrint Global Events .
Background & Skills :
3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Go-To-Market, Channel Marketing, or Communications Management .
Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proven experience working with cross-functional and international teams .
Experience managing external vendors and agencies .
Comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end, from planning to delivery and optimization.
High level of English required (written and spoken).
