Responsibilities:
1. Partnership with GTM and sales team to build up business strategy, be responsible for retail strategy execution;
2. Work with the local distributor and retail partners to design and implement joint marketing campaigns, carrying out effective promotions to increase sell-out;
3. Develop new Mi store and Mi zone to enhance Xiaomi offline brand image and in-store visibility;
4. Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase.
Minimum Requirements:
1. University graduate in Marketing or Business Management;
2. Proven working experience in retail marketing of mobile phones with extensive understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance;
3. Strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improving brand market share;
4. Innovative, with a well-understood consumer interactive experience in different events;
5. 5-10 years of experience in the retail industry.
