Mission
Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of global QMS/IMS tools and information platforms. Develop QMS KPIs and global reporting dashboards supporting audits and continuous improvement. Act as the central expert for QMS/IMS tools, data analytics, and cross‑functional platform governance.
Organization Structure
The position reports to VP, QMS.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop, deploy, and govern the global QMS/IMS tool for audits and documentation; ensure decommissioning of legacy tools.
* Establish the global support model (QMS team, SE IT, solution providers) and oversee tool administration.
* Manage documentation, training, data migration, and structure for all QMS/IMS platforms.
* Define QMS KPIs with Audit and Document Lifecycle Leaders; manage dashboards with the Data Analytics team.
* Lead global QMS/IMS communities and communication, ensuring alignment with H&S and other functions.
* Oversee nonconformance reviews, heat maps, escalation, and unified processes for Quality.
Management Reviews
* Participate and drive identified global AI projects in line with Digital transformation vision.
Education Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or technical field (or equivalent experience).
* Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001) preferred.
* Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt is a plus).
* Additional quality or data‑related training advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
* Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, CTQs, nonconformance management, root cause methods.
* Ability to translate business needs into functional and analytical requirements.
* Experience creating mock‑ups and requirement documentation for technical/IT teams. Excellent working level in Microsoft package tools.
* Development of multi‑source data reports (using MS‑Excel) and using BI (Tableau and/or ThoughtSpot).
* Working level in MiniTab.
Experience
* 10+ years in quality roles, including QMS tool ownership or quality data analytics; 6+ years in regulated industries (automotive, aerospace, energy, healthcare).
* Experience working with IT teams or software vendors (advantage).
* Familiarity with matrix organizations or cross‑business project leadership.
Interpersonal Skills
* High attention to detail and strong ability to connect diverse data sources.
* Excellent time management and problem‑solving ownership.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
