About This Role
This position is about influencing customers to develop the category of contact lenses by generating new users.
Our goal is to change the mindset of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
* Analyze a business to identify opportunities.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
* Understand the needs and particularities of various channels, including independent optometrists, buying groups, and chains.
* Use basic tools to develop the category of contact lenses, such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale optimization, and database management.
* Execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) defined for each Key Account Area (KAA).
* BUILD the Misperception category and educate ECPs on its importance, especially for children's vision care.
* Coverage plan implementation according to customer segmentation.
Maintain relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Negotiate price increases when necessary. Provide value to your team by being an active member. Stay up-to-date on CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively. Complete all reporting and administrative duties. Possess a minimum knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitors. Attend conferences and training sessions as requested. Be prepared to receive feedback and continuously improve.
