We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in developing and executing daily marketing campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.
You will be passionate about luxury travel, with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions, and the creativity to craft engaging, high-quality marketing content that resonates with our audience while upholding Luxury Escapes' brand standards.
Responsibilities:
* Talent Engagement : Identify, select, and engage with celebrities, influencers, and content creators to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
* Influencer Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with our brand's goals and values.
* Talent Communication : Manage all influencer communications, from outreach to content approval and sharing.
* Influencer Content Calendar : Maintain a structured influencer content calendar to ensure consistent posting across social media platforms.
* Community Engagement : Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively engaging with followers and influencers.
* Analytics and Reporting : Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign success.
* Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platforms to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications:
* Commercial experience in influencer marketing, either on the brand or agency side.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passion for luxury travel and industry understanding.
* Creative thinker with innovative influencer strategies.
* Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
