Main Tasks
- Serve as the company's Technical Manager, coordinating support, service, and quality
control activities.
- Provide technical support to customers and representatives, including
troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of plasma, vacuum, and coating equipment.
- Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system, including process
monitoring, documentation control, internal audits, and continuous improvement.
- Offer technical and commercial support, analyzing quotation requests, preparing
technical offers, and assisting the sales team.
- Conduct quality control of materials and products supplied by the company.
- Supervise or assist in the installation and commissioning of vacuum and plasma
equipment.
- Perform sputtering target bonding processes (manual or using epoxy/elastomer
techniques).
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and
technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper technical execution and full traceability of internal processes.
- Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate technical interventions and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Guarantee the technical reliability of commercial proposals and quotations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical degree or engineering background (preferably in Electrical Engineering,
though Electronics, Physics, or related fields are also suitable).
- Experience in repair, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment—ideally
in high vacuum, plasma, or semiconductor systems.
- Knowledge of electricity, vacuum technology, and preferably gases, furnaces, MFC
valves, and PVD/PECVD coating processes.
- Highly valued (but not required): practical experience in manual bonding of sputtering targets using indium.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Languages: Spanish and English (intermediate to advanced level, spoken and written). Employment Details
