The Opportunity
The Sales and Marketing support will assist the Commercial, Retail, and Marketing teams with operational tasks related to account management, sales operations, and performance monitoring.
What you'll get to do
* Invoices management: Manage invoices using MyPo, Invoices, Capex, ebydos, Iris/masterdata tools, among others, and maintain a details tracker with follow-up.
* Order management: Assist the Commercial team in assessing and managing orders, including allocation and POSM tools ordering (TT, samples, etc.). Collaborate with the commercial team, clients, and the customer care team in Barcelona for order to cash processes.
* Pricing: Support marketing and commercial teams on pricing-related topics, including analysis, setup, and updates.
* Assortment and Masterdata: Set up and update masterdata for new product listings, ensure data accuracy for smooth ordering processes, track and analyze discontinuations, and maintain an up-to-date database.
* Sales reporting and performance analysis: Monitor sales performance and stock availability across key accounts, generate reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
* Business planning support: Assist with data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks for key account business plans.
