R SAP S/4HANA Business Enablement Domestic sales order mgmt expert
This position is part of the Business System Owner team within the Order to Serve (O2S) Global Process Owner organization. The O2S organization consists of three complementary teams: Global Process Leads defining processes and solutions, Business System Owner implementing global solutions, and Transformation & Operations coordinating change management and capabilities development.
The role is responsible for enabling the implementation of domestic order management processes within the iShift program, ensuring successful deployment of standardized E2E processes across all regions.
Key focus areas include:
1. Leading the implementation of core model processes for domestic order management
2. Ensuring system design and configuration meet business requirements
3. Driving change management and stakeholder engagement
4. Supporting process and system testing with K-users
5. Coordinating with Global Process Leads for process design and improvements
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation Phase
6. Support data gathering activities for assigned business units or geographies
7. Assist with data validation and identify basic inconsistencies or gaps
8. Help document business scenarios and routes to market
9. Collect basic as-is information, including process flows and system landscapes
10. Track ongoing projects impacting the Order to Serve operating model
11. Support analysis of current practices alignment with planned S/4HANA design
12. Help gather performance metrics and KPIs
13. Contribute to stakeholder mapping
14. Assist with implementation roadmap development under guidance
15. Support gap analysis between current and target operating model
16. Help translate gaps into business requirements
Scoping and Design Phase
17. Assist with gap analysis between current processes and core model
18. Support core model presentations to stakeholders
19. Help document potential deviations from core model
20. Assist in preparing documentation for Design Authority escalations
21. Support the solution delivery team with design specifications
22. Help translate business requirements into functional specifications
23. Attend design review sessions and take notes
24. Maintain design documentation in Signavio under supervision
25. Track approval processes
26. Document identified process improvement opportunities
27. Support coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams
Build & Test Phase
28. Assist with K-user engagement activities
29. Support the development of testing schedules
30. Help K-users with test script execution
31. Document defects and requirements for resolution
32. Support the development of process documentation and training materials
33. Assist with K-user training activities
Deploy & Hypercare Phase
34. Assist in preparing K-users for end-user training
35. Provide basic hypercare support
36. Help monitor process performance metrics
37. Document business issues during hypercare
38. Support coordination between business and technical teams
39. Assist with solution validation
40. Support hypercare completion activities
