Think Ahead Education is a group in the international education sector with three education branches: Virtus, the most personalised British Sixth Form College in the Spanish market; Think Ahead Academy, a top academic support centre in Madrid; and IB Wave, our online tutoring platform that connects IB students with the best tutors.
We’re on the lookout for vibrant Subject Specialists to join our dynamic team and revolutionise education with us. We’re not just teaching; we’re inspiring, challenging, and empowering the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct weekly face-to-face lessons (max. 5 students per group).
* Fully commit to our methodology and actively participate in developing and implementing innovative educational initiatives.
* Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum, course content, materials, and instructional methods.
* Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
* Evaluate student performance and provide continuous feedback in collaboration with Coordinators and the Head Centre.
* Maintain accurate student attendance records, grades, and other required documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English Language.
* At least 1 year of teaching experience.
* Native English speaker with excellent writing skills.
* Strong creative, communication, and presentation skills.
* An engaging personality and effective teaching style.
What do we offer?
Salary: The fee ranges from 20 euros/hour to 50 euros/hour depending on the number of students.
Schedule: Afternoons from 5:15 pm to 9:15 pm.
Locations: Alcobendas, Madrid, Pozuelo, or Online.
All team members receive training and support throughout the teaching process, along with access to a wide variety of educational resources.
