Overview
Sezane is a French fashion brand now operating online and in physical stores. We are looking for a Sales Advisor / Visual Merchandiser to join our Madrid retail store.
Responsibilities
Sales Advisor
* Deliver a unique customer experience by prioritizing the customer and embodying Sezane's spirit and style.
* Welcome customers with generosity and empathy, identify their desires, and introduce the brand and its product universes.
* Act as an ambassador for Sezane's omnichannel approach, developing a deep knowledge of the brand and products.
* Proactively suggest specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.
* Handle complaints and customer dissatisfaction, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Know Sezane's CSR policy to respond to customers.
Ensuring the Brand image
* Check product labeling and ensure proper merchandising implementation.
* Maintain the commercial level of the point of sale and organize work according to priorities and commercial planning.
* Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience.
* Ensure product presentation conforms to Sezane's DNA.
Ensuring smooth Operations
* Process transactions and respect operational procedures.
* Handle specific process treatments (returns, exchanges, reservations).
* Participate in inventory management and define necessary staffing to meet customer expectations.
Having team spirit
* Be a team player and participate in all ancillary tasks.
* Create a positive and harmonious environment to foster group synergy.
* Relay the brand's commitments.
Visual Merchandiser
Being the Guarantor of the Retail brand image
* Ensure product presentation conforms to Sezane's DNA.
* Maintain the commercial level of the point of sale and organize work according to priorities and commercial planning.
Raising awareness and training teams in VM
* Disseminate and circulate VM information via meetings or a merchandising book.
* Send guidelines and rack setups to stores to facilitate merchandising changes.
* Maintain active communication with different managers to meet their expectations.
* Conduct store visits with the “Merch Checklist” to organize work and target needs.
Overseeing the scenography of Apartments
* Ensure proper management of store furniture and POS materials.
* Manage projects and work such as window displays, product presentation updates, pop‑ups, and other merchandising initiatives.
Requirements
* Previous successful experience in ready‑to‑wear, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or events, or a passion for customer relations.
* Passionate about fashion, with a good understanding of trends and a proactive approach to suggestions.
* Team spirit and a desire to share and develop skills in an agile and galvanizing environment.
* Boundless energy and a drive to take on new challenges.
