Reporting to the COO, the role aims at inventorying, managing, and propose solutions to optimize operating and projects costs for all the providers of the firm. The role will be in strong interaction with the business and finance.- Understand the high level Opex base of the group and its participation in revenue generating- Gain a deep understanding of the services / goods purchased by the Group by interacting with the business at the right level of granularity- Master the current inventory of contracts and financial reporting of the different layers of costs- Understand and participate in modeling the costs structure and triggers (volume, price, fx, floor and caps, correlation to the level of business, tax aspects)- Strongly negotiate the contracts with our providers to achieve flexibility and cost control- Follow the variations in costs and explains the effect- Propose alternative solutions together with the business by leveraging existing services in the firm (eg : double consumption of data, alternative providers, new entrants with market watch for some costly services)- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and actuals reviews, in close coordination with finance- Support Management in cost control, projects optimization- Participate in the optimization of the purchase / open order, delivery of goods / services, invoices validation workflow.**YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS**:**Technical skills**- Experience in procurement and operating expenses controlling is a must- Experience in contracts negotiation- In relation to our affairs, knowledge / strong appetite for the following services are required : software, hardware, (market) data, professional services, utilities and real estate.- Fluency in English, French is an asset.- **Transformation skills**- Ability to quickly get a high level understanding of service delivery components (process and technology)- Experienced, motivated and methodical as to transformation initiatives : process lean, digital initiatives- Knowledge of technologies supporting the automation of workflows, data visualization- **Soft skills**- Highly motivated, self-driven individual- Ability to propose, lead, and support change- Preference for team work, and flat structures and communication mode**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**:Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions You will need a adaptable and creative approach in order to flourish in our international environment and succeed with our diverse client base.
