Expectativas del puesto Como Associate CAD Designer, desempeñarás un papel clave en la creación de visualizaciones de planes de tratamiento de ortodoncia basados en el análisis y la implementación de las instrucciones de los doctores. Tus principales responsabilidades incluyen: Elaboración de los plantes de tratamiento ClinCheck® basadas en las prescripciones del doctor y los protocolos clínicos internos de Align. Entregar resultados de alta calidad, cumpliendo los requisitos de producción y plazos para asegurar la entrega puntual de los ClinCheck® a nuestros clientes. Bajo la guía del Supervisor, identificar, implementar y mantener mejoras de proceso que impulsen la calidad del producto/servicio y la eficiencia operativa. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas asignados al equipo. Trabajar en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo donde la precisión y la atención al detalle son esenciales. Lo que buscamos Buscamos personas motivadas y con gran atención al detalle, con ganas de crecer en un entorno técnico y clínico. Requisitos mínimos: Educación secundaria obligatoria; formación superior o estudios de técnico dental son un plus. No se requiere experiencia profesional previa — proporcionaremos formación completa. Español fluido (nivel nativo) y preferiblemente inglés nivel B1. Portugués e italiano son un plus. Gran capacidad para usar aplicaciones informáticas de forma eficiente. Excelente atención al detalle y razonamiento lógico. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión manteniendo la calidad. Habilidades de visualización 3D y capacidad para interpretar registros e instrucciones ortodóncicas. Capacidad para comprender prescripciones de tratamiento y procedimientos operativos, incluidos materiales traducidos. Capacidad para seguir eficazmente las políticas de la empresa, los requisitos de producción y las instrucciones del supervisor.
