Position Description
What will you be doing?
1. Trouble shooting and new configurations for our existing clients according to the Service Level Agreement and timeframes (investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and documentation).
2. Design and configuration of solutions as well as provide functional/technical expertise.
3. Deliver effective client communications.
4. Identify, manage and test SAP Note application as an advanced Correction.
5. Create and send Customer messages using SAP in order to request support and corrections.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
6. SAP certification or equivalent proven SAP work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
7. Configuration of applications
8. Experience with trouble shooting
9. More than 3 years of relevant experience.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
