What You'll Do
* Manage a portfolio of business clients and agency partners across EMEA
* Provide consultative digital marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI
* Identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Handle a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong service quality
* Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction & retention
* Engage clients via phone, email, and video to deliver tailored advertising solutions
* Work towards sales targets and KPIs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
* 1–2+ years experience in sales, account management, or online advertising
* Strong interest or experience in Google Ads / digital marketing / AdTech
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Native-level proficiency in German, Danish, Dutch, or Finnish
* English (B2+)
* Customer-focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
