WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:Day-to-day incident monitoring and resolution (ServiceNow preferred)Interact with IT and business users on functional issuesTriage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutionFollow service management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, etc.)Maintain agreed SLA levels and assure quality of delivery at all timesAdhere to the shift rotation plan and operating modelCoordinate communications between suppliers, OEM and other IT stakeholders for the relevant areaTrack and report progress to stakeholders, including on-call support after out-of-office hours
WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, SLM and Knowledge Management processes)IT endpoint knowledge and endpoint support (applicable on production lines)Manufacturing shop floor systemsLine-side IT devices (printers, scanners, MRTs)Barcode scanners and barcode printersSmart devices and shop floor touchpointsService management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem)SLA-focused operations and quality of delivery practices
