As a specialist in metal cladding, Europerfil develops and manufactures a wide range of products that form the skin of buildings. This range includes constructive profiles for roofs, facades, composite floors, architectural facade profiles; polyurethane and polyisocyanate sandwich panels for roofs and facades, refrigeration and acoustic panels, architectural facade panels; in addition to a wide range of accessories, colours, and coatings tailored to each project, environment, and surroundings.

The first panel line was launched in 1998, followed by a second in 2007, necessitating further expansion. Currently, Europerfil operates 30,000 m² of production facilities in Cervera, with ongoing investments to maintain sector-leading technology.
Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Controller to strengthen our finance team and develop our succession pipeline. The role reports directly to the CFO and is based in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to financial reporting with a focus on quality and deadlines, aligned with Group standards.
2. Monitor and manage sales performance, invoicing, down payments, and overdue accounts.
3. Provide guidance within the Controlling Network to facilitate decision-making, analyze issues, challenge KPIs from an economic perspective, and suggest improvements to enhance profitability and minimize working capital.
4. Enhance internal controls, oversee implementation, and monitor compliance.
5. Report on cost management and analysis of sales and margins.
6. Collaborate with group functions on accounting, tax, and credit management during monthly and annual closing processes.
7. Assist in budget, forecast, and financial planning activities, ensuring timely reporting to government agencies and compliance with Intrastat requirements.
Skills & Background
Education
* University degree in Accounting, Finance, Applied Economics, or Business School.
Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum of 3 years in accounting or controlling roles.
* Proven leadership skills and experience leading teams.
* Ability to analyze details and maintain an overview to identify key performance indicators and recommend actions.
* Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach to tasks.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of BPM and SAP is advantageous.
