RoleAt Siegfried we are currently looking for a Global Vendor Manager IT to join our team in our site based in Barberà del Vallès.
Responsibilities
Manage strategic IT vendor portfolio from an IT perspective, aligning with IT strategy and commercial governance.
Create documented IT‐specific objectives around vendor risk, relationship and performance management, ensuring commercial objectives, contractual terms and negotiation strategies are defined and governed by Procurement.
Support implementation of IT vendor strategy, including growth of supplier base in Spain and Eastern Europe.
Establish policies and processes for IT vendor management, including vendor risk management, performance management and vendor development.
Establish contract management for strategic suppliers, enforce standard contract frameworks, SLAs and performance management throughout the contract lifecycle.
Build, maintain and enhance solid relationships with business stakeholders (e.g., IT departments, indirect procurement, system owners, project organization).
Manage RfP processes for strategic IT projects, aligning with stakeholders and communicating with suppliers.
Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs for supplier management, innovation and performance management.
Establish scorecards for strategic vendors in alignment with procurement.
Conduct vendor relationship health checks for critical vendors to measure whether the relationship meets the organization's original deal objectives and how well contract terms and objectives align with current and changing business requirements.
Implement processes/workflows to proactively identify, assess and prioritize vendor risk.
Manage vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, transitioning and exiting.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience as a Global IT Vendor Manager with an international scope.
Advanced level of English (German or Spanish are a plus).
Willingness to travel (usually once per quarter, but occasionally on short notice).
Right to make proposals and veto decisions regarding the establishment of strategic suppliers for IT.
