Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily support for the ELS and process improvement projects.
* Support business owners and plant managers in analyzing production problems related to productivity and quality using Manufacturing 4.0 knowledge.
* Actively participate in improvement projects focused on Manufacturing 4.0, including Quality & Productivity enhancements.
* Improve current business processes by fostering a culture of continuous improvement with the ELS approach.
* Participate in training sessions provided by managers and apply learned knowledge to daily operations and projects.
* Assist and provide feedback to managers; suggest improvements or changes to existing operations.
* Facilitate communication between departments to implement processes and support collaboration.
* Carry out projects related to inputs and outputs, conducting analyses and presentations.
* Participate, co-facilitate, and lead projects to promote a culture of continuous improvement using the ELS methodology.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
* Open to mobility across different countries and locations in the future; willing to travel within the Southern Europe region.
* Leadership experience from student associations, overseas studies, or extracurricular activities is preferred. Internships or first work experience in global or manufacturing companies is a strong plus.
* Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects efficiently.
* Strong goal-setting and achievement skills, ability to work independently and in teams.
* Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Versatility in independent and collaborative work environments.
* Highly motivated, creative, and effective in fast-paced, changing environments.
* Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written; fluency in another language is a plus.
