Zazu Digital Talent is partnering with a high growth ecommerce brand in the home textiles category to appoint a senior Amazon Marketplace Growth Lead.The Amazon channel is established and generating meaningful revenue. The mandate now is clear: bring in a commercially astute operator who can scale revenue, improve margin, and build a robust, data driven marketplace engine across the US and Canada.This is a genuine ownership role, not a maintenance position.The Mandate You will take full responsibility for Amazon performance across a catalogue exceeding 1000 SKUs in a highly competitive consumer category.This includes:Driving top line revenue growth while protecting contribution marginStructuring and optimising PPC to improve TACOS and profitabilityStrengthening organic ranking across core category keywordsManaging complex parent child variation families and virtual bundlesExecuting flat file catalogue updates at scaleMaintaining account health and operational excellence within Seller CentralAligning FBA inventory planning with demand forecastsDelivering structured reporting with clear commercial insightYou will work directly with senior leadership and operate with high autonomy. There is clear scope to build a team as the channel expands.What We Are Looking For We are targeting experienced Amazon operators who have owned meaningful revenue within the US marketplace.You should bring:3 to 5 years managing Amazon US accounts at scaleExperience overseeing large catalogues of 1000 plus SKUsA track record of increasing revenue and improving profitabilityDeep working knowledge of Seller Central and flat filesStrong PPC campaign architecture and bid strategy expertiseAdvanced keyword research and organic ranking strategy capabilityProficiency with Helium 10, Data Dive, and advanced Excel modellingExperience improving conversion through listing copy and image optimisationConfidence resolving listing suppressions and indexation issuesThis role requires commercial judgement.
