As a Commodity Manager, you will design and execute a strategic plan for the Mission, Electronic Warfare and Armament perimeter, securing supplier lines and delivering value for money. You will work with cross‑functional teams to manage supplier relationships, assess risks, and drive negotiations and long‑term contracts. The role blends market insight with supplier development to support Airbus Defence and Space growth in high‑tech, global markets. This is a chance to influence critical defense programs and shape supplier ecosystems at scale.

- Lead bid, tender and supplier selection processes
- Lead and contribute to procurement/value creation projects delivering synergies and savings
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to meet program expectations
- Set up and negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers
- Lead Supplier Evaluation Development (SED) and Vendor Management and define action plans for strategic suppliers
Responsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
- 5‑6 years of experience in procurement, engineering, services or project management
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to persuade and influence
- Experience in a matrix environment with stakeholder management
- Ability to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks
- Strong relationship building, team building, empowering and conflict management skills
- Negotiation level of English
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
