This position will report to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with iryos objectives market positioning and target audience to drive brand growth and equity. Brand Identity Management Ensure consistent brand messaging visual identity and tone of voice across all communication channels including advertising press digital platforms and other marketing channels. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research competitor analysis and consumer insights to identify market trends customer preferences and opportunities for brand differentiation and expansion. Brand Performance Monitoring Track and analyse KPIs including brand awareness brand perception market share and sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives. Brand Asset Management Manage brand assets including trademarks logos brand guidelines and other brand-related materials to protect and enhance the brands equity and integrity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams such as product development sales and marketing to ensure brand alignment and integration across all business functions. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including customers media influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility reputation and advocacy. Proven experience in brand management for a new product/service 4-5 years experience in brand management roles. English B2
Experience requirements 4-5 years experience in brand management roles preferably within travel industry demonstrating a track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies. Proven experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels with a focus on achieving campaign objectives and KPIs. Bachelors degree in Advertising or Marketing Masters or Postgraduate degree specializing in brand management B2 English
Skills Ability to think strategically and develop long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. Capacity to generate innovative ideas and concepts for brand campaigns activations and storytelling that interacts with the target audience. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand messages collaborate with internal teams and engage with external stakeholders. Ability to lead cross-functional teams inspire creativity and drive collaboration towards achieving brand goals and objectives. Attention to detail in managing brand assets ensuring brand consistency and maintaining brand integrity across all touchpoints. Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior needs and preferences to develop brand experiences that resonate with the target audience and drive customer loyalty.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touch-points. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in brand management excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
