Job Description: Property Listing Agent
Your Mission: Catalog Expansion & Relationship Building
Your primary goal involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high‑quality residential listings to expand our coastal property portfolio. Therefore, you will act as a dedicated brand ambassador, converting real‑estate leads into exclusive sales agreements. By doing so, you will collaborate closely with our cross‑border office network to maximize inventory visibility and drive successful transactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting:
Contact property owners who have expressed interest in selling, while creatively discovering fresh off‑market listing opportunities.
Property Valuations:
Visit and comprehensively evaluate properties for sale, advising owners on local market dynamics and competitive pricing structures.
Agreement Structuring:
Prepare, present, and finalize professional listing agreements in compliance with Spanish real‑estate standards.
Asset Staging & Photography:
Capture high‑quality property photographs and visual media tours to optimize online listing presentations.
Relationship Management:
Nurture long‑term customer relationships with property sellers, internal colleagues, and external agency partners.
Who You Are
The Experienced Listing Agent:
You bring a proven track record of successful experience working as a Listing Agent specifically along the Costa del Sol market.
The Linguist:
You speak fluent
English and Spanish. Specifically, strong bilingual communication skills are essential to negotiate effectively with local homeowners and international buyers.
Independent Self‑Starter:
You love doing business, take proactive initiative, and display excellent independent time‑management skills.
Mobile & Licensed:
You possess a valid driver’s license and your own car (mandatory for regular property visits).
Local Expert:
Deep geographical knowledge of the coastal area spanning from Málaga to Estepona represents a major advantage. Personal skill in real‑estate photography is a distinct plus.
