What you’ll do
The Digital Value Advisory team helps SAP’s customers transform their organizations by developing justifications for technology investments through a standardized, shared service model. This supports value selling activities and deliverables at scale. The Digital Value Advisor leverages strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills to drive customer engagements and shape digital transformation journeys.
The Digital Value Advisor applies business and financial acumen to develop IT strategy recommendations for customers across all segments, with a focus on Midmarket. The ideal candidate will:

Expectations & Tasks
The Digital Value Advisor collaborates with customers, including C-level stakeholders, to build value propositions and business cases demonstrating the benefits of digital transformation with SAP. Responsibilities include:
* Driving customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, recommend innovation scenarios, and analyze ROI & TCO.
* Providing financial insights through modeling, including cash flow analysis.
* Building customer value deliverables in collaboration with sales teams, leveraging tools and templates for rapid delivery.
* Presenting to C-suite audiences, showcasing understanding of business landscapes and SAP’s value.
* Contributing to the development of the regional and global Digital Value Advisory practices by introducing innovative services and tools.
* Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to accelerate service delivery.
* Developing industry-relevant enablement content and sharing value-selling best practices.
* Executing strategic initiatives to enhance customer value delivery.
What you bring
Mandatory Skills / Competencies / Key Qualifications:
* Professional fluency in English.
* Proficiency in one or more other EMEA languages such as French, Italian, Arabic, or Dutch.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and proactivity.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Expertise in Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel).
* Experience in finance concepts, KPI analysis, valuation techniques, and business case development.
* Knowledge of enterprise processes.
Other Requirements:
* Graduation from top universities in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
* 4-7 years of professional experience, preferably in SAP or non-SAP value management or management consulting.
* Experience with Value Lifecycle Management (VLM) tools is a plus.
* An MBA is a plus.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Location: Barcelona, Spain. Candidates will work three days a week in the office as per our Pledge to Flex policy.
