Position Overview
The HR Technician ensures the plant personnel administration and payroll process is managed properly. Actively support all HR activities contributing to the department and plant goals, doing it in accordance with Spanish law and regulations and Lear values. Will report to the HR Manager and work with several international network interfaces.
Responsibilities
* Continuous improvement in HR department working in payroll, TA and SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft
* Manage payroll and personnel administration
* Ensure participation in talking points
* Roll Out culture information and initiatives
* Being a leader in SAP implementation
* Support all continuous improvement initiatives
* Improve and consolidate union labor relations in the plant
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master in HR a plus
* Experience 2-3 years as an HR generalist role
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Capacity to work in a high productive and constantly changing manufacturing environment (experience in Tier1 automotive a plus)
* Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors a plus
