Responsibilities Identifies skill gaps among operational talent and reports them to ensure talent utilization.
Conducts talent assessments to identify high‐potential operational talent for specialized positions.
Assists in creating tailored development plans for operational talent, focusing on skill enhancement and growth opportunities.
Prepares updates to clients on operational talent development initiatives and supports workforce optimization recommendations.
Supports the identification and matching of short‐term/project based and long‐term job opportunities/assignments for operational talents.
Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or talents on contract within the specialization.
Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.
Qualifications Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
Performs assignments using existing procedures.
Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
Contributions are usually limited to task‐related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
