Brand Paid Media Operations Senior
with broad expertise across both digital and traditional paid media channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing cross‑channel campaigns — from digital activities (CTV, Social, Display, Video) to offline channels (TV, radio, print, OOH). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and proven success in managing large‑scale, integrated media campaigns that drive brand growth.

Responsabilities
Develop and lead holistic paid media campaigns, integrating online and offline channels to achieve business objectives.
Manage and optimize media investments across TV, radio, print, OOH, and digital platforms.
Oversee media planning and buying, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and maximum impact.
Negotiate with media vendors and partners to secure advantageous placements and pricing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Lead presentations and media plans to internal stakeholders and executive teams.
Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and innovations in both digital and traditional media.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in media planning and buying across both digital and traditional channels.
Strong background in strategic media planning and campaign management for high‑budget accounts.
Advanced knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and offline media ecosystems.
Proven negotiation skills with media vendors and third‑party partners.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
High office level: Excel and Powerpoint
