Responsibilities :
* Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
* Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters.
* Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate engagement.
* Contribute to diversity sourcing efforts and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
* Participate in sourcing events, job fairs, and online talent communities to expand talent pools.
Qualifications :
* Strong research and online sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Familiarity with ATS tools
* Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities
* Proactive, resourceful, and data-driven approach
* 1–3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
