In this role you will design and operate large-scale, production-grade services on Azure to power AI-powered search experiences. You will build data pipelines, streaming and batch processing, and AI-enabled components that scale globally with reliability and cost efficiency. You’ll work alongside applied scientists, product managers, and partner teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. This is a hands-on, deeply technical position at the edge of AI agents and large-scale systems. You will contribute to Microsoft’s mission of trusted, intelligent search for users worldwide.

• Design, build, and operate high-scale, production-grade services on Azure for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving
• Develop AI-native systems leveraging state-of-the-art AI and LLM technologies to improve engineering efficiency and automate workflows
• Build and maintain high-throughput data streaming and large-scale batch processing pipelines for AI workloads with strong reliability, performance, and security guarantees
• Write high-quality, testable, maintainable code; participate in code reviews; ensure diagnosability, reliability, security, and long-term operability in designs
• Apply security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles across systems and pipelines with least-privilege access and proper auditing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, applied scientists, product managers, and partner teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Adapt to new problem spaces, contribute across multiple domains, and present technical work and trade-offs to stakeholders, xpzdshu including senior leadership
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and hands-on experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python) or equivalent experience
• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and AI-powered production services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deploying/troubleshooting cloud-hosted services
• Experience working in large engineering teams with documentation, code reviews, and cross-disciplinary collaboration
