We develop AI solutions that help healthcare professionals interpret medical images faster and more accurately, improving patient outcomes and optimizing clinical workflows.Key figures:3,500+ healthcare institutions using our solutions across 34 countries60 million exams analyzed every year100+ clinical studiesContext:GLEAMER is looking for scaling in Spain and for that is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in this strategic market.Role & Responsibilities:As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding Gleamer's footprint across the Spanish healthcare ecosystem.Business development and sales executionDrive direct sales to hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare networks across SpainManage the full sales cycleBuild and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with company growth targetsDevelop and execute territory and account plansStrategic partnershipsDevelop and manage relationships with key strategic partners (including distributors, integrators, and industry leaders)Support partners in identifying opportunities and closing dealsNegotiate commercial agreements and ensure alignment with Gleamer's strategyMarket developmentAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeIdentify new opportunities and expansion channelsRepresent Gleamer at industry events, conferences, and trade showsIncrease brand awareness and strengthen Gleamer's presence in SpainInternal collaboration and reportingProvide regular reporting and forecasts to HQWork closely with marketing, product, and leadership teamsShare customer feedback to help improve products and commercial strategyProfileExperience and background5+ years of experience in B2B sales in Spain in healthcare, SaaS, MedTech, or AIProven track record of closing complex enterprise dealsExperience working with partners and indirect sales channels xiphtebExperience in medical imaging or healthcare is a strong plusSkillsStrong commercial and negotiation skillAbility to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growing scale-upExcellent communication and presentation skillsLanguagesSpanish: NativeEnglish: FluentWhy join GleamerJoin a fast-growing AI healthcare company with global ambitionsPlay a key role in expanding Gleamer in SpainWork with cutting-edge technology that improves patient careDynamic, international, and entrepreneurial environmentCompetitive compensation package
