Key Responsibilities
Support the evolution of the narrative ecosystem, ensuring consistency across various levels of messaging.
Translate narrative and verbal identity frameworks into practical guidance, briefs, trainings and content blueprints.
Lead written content workflows across priority touchpoints, including selected webs, campaign messaging, commercial nurturing, and blog initiatives.
Manage and coordinate a small team of copywriters and external writing partners, ensuring quality, speed, and clarity of output.
Partner closely with audiovisual content generation and social media teams to ensure aligned storytelling across formats and campaigns.
Define and monitor performance KPIs for written content, including SEO impact, LLM discoverability, engagement quality, and conversion contribution.
Run ongoing test‑and‑learn cycles to optimize performance and improve content effectiveness over time. xpzdshu
