Our Universal Pictures International team in Madrid is looking for a new Finance Trainee to join them soon as possible.Role and Responsibilities will include:Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A; budget (Prints and Advertising) and actual expenses.Collaborate in reporting to Head Office by running reports and analyzing data with SAP and other systems.Assist with month-end and quarter-end processes.Review expense reports using the tool CONCUR.Supervise invoice accounting.Follow up on AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analyzing KPIs.Assist with external and internal statutory tax and title audits.Reconcile customer and vendor balances.Assist with any other ad hoc projects.Qualifications:University studies must have been completed less than 3 years ago (Contrato de Prácticas).
University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (a university diploma or certificate will be required).
Fluent in Spanish and English.Good track record as a team player.Ability to cope in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to work adaptable hours with tight deadlines.Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
