At Antal International, we are currently recruiting an Accounting Manager with fluent English for an industrial company based in Alcobendas.
We are looking for a hands-on accounting professional with extensive experience in accounting, accustomed to working in multinational environments and reporting to a parent company. The ideal candidate has experience leading small teams and a solid background within the industrial sector.
Permanent contract directly with the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (General Ledger, AP, AR, payroll).
* Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
* Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
* Coordinate external audits.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Monitor financial performance and prepare reporting in line with group guidelines.
* Support business decision-making through financial analysis.
* Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in accounting/controlling roles.
* Experience managing small teams.
* Strong knowledge of local tax regulations.
* Experience in an industrial environment.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. xohynlm

* Salary: around €50K, depending on experience and profile
