Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.
- Guide businesses through onboarding and help them launch high‑performing PPC campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Google Ads solutions.
- Identify client goals and offer tailored marketing strategies.
- Drive performance upselling and long‑term client satisfaction.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Languages: Native/C2 Dutch, C1 English (French is a plus)
- Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or Communication)
- Experience: At least 1.5 years in sales, marketing or account management
- Comfortable using CRM systems and AI‑based outreach tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, goal‑oriented and customer‑focused
- Benelux Market Expertise
- Understanding of local culture, business practices and GDPR regulations
- Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic relationship building
- Capable of identifying new opportunities and tracking ROI performance

- Salary: €23,876 gross / year + up to €3,408 annual bonus
