What You'll Do
* Onboard and manage a portfolio of new business clients
* Develop and launch high‐performing PPC / Google Ads campaigns
* Understand client objectives and provide tailored digital strategies
* Drive upselling, increased ad spend, and long‐term account growth
* Manage a high volume of outbound interactions (calls, emails, CRM updates)
* Build strong relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and scalability
What We're Looking For
* ~2 years experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management
* Strong understanding or interest in Google Ads / PPC / digital marketing ecosystem
* Experience working with clients in a target‐driven environment
* Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, persuasive way
* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and accounts

German Market:
* Understanding of German business culture & decision‐making
* Ability to engage structured, ROI‐focused clients
* Awareness of GDPR and data privacy expectations
Benelux Market:
* Understanding of multilingual environments and stakeholder complexity
