... As an International Sales Representative, you will play a strategic role in driving the company's international growth and strengthening its market position across assigned territories. By leveraging market insights and understanding regional dynamics, you will translate corporate strategy into effective local execution while ensuring consistency with company standards and objectives.
Develop sales channel and market share
Develop sales of strategic products in our PDP with an 80/20 mindset
Support inovation and CBI process, applying ITW sales excellence
Excecute sales excellence by building up a pipeline and defending margin and prices based on customer value
Analysis of sales performance, providing clear visibility of sales forecast
Build and maintain a pipeline of short, medium and long-term opportunities, ensuring clear visibility of trends and forecasts.
Scouting and qualifying new distributor in key markets according ITW-R standards
CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to support commercial activities and market intelligence
This position could be remote 100% (France or Spain) or Hybrid (Barcelona / Castellar del vallés).
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology – dual degree in sciences and business
Native or fluent in Spanish (C1) Native or fluent in French (C1) Fluent in English C1 (spoken and written) -
Fluent additional language, highly appreciate (German, Chinese)
Minimum 4 years of sales experience on Chemicals and Biochemicals reagents in international markets.
Experience in managing distributor network for the laboratory sector in multicultural context Experience of territory planning and management - Export / import knowledge
Understanding and knowledge of analytical techniques in general, and especially those focus on the following markets: Knowledge of international business through distribution network
Flexible working hours / Remote work.
